Many of the OrganisationIdentification (OrgId) elements descibed in the implementation guide are mandated with the following limitation: Usage Rule: Either ‘BIC or BEI’ or one occurrence of ‘Other’ is allowed.
At Creditor (Cdtr) level it's recommended to use 'BICorBEI'.
