When element 'CdtrRefInf' is given, both CdtrRefInf/Tp and CdtrRefInf/Ref have to be present.
It's also worth noting that thus Cd is mandatory to be specified with value "SCOR" and Issr with "ISO", "CUR" or "BBA" depending on which reference type is used.
