Possible causes for this error:
- Element does not have a closing tag
- Data within element contains character
<, for example
<Nm>Na<me</Nm>
- Element attribute starts with an invalid character, for example <InstdAmt 0Ccy="JPY">10000000</InstdAmt>

Error message: Fatal Error ElementUnterminated : Element type "OrgId" must be followed by either attribute specifications, ">" or "/>".
How to fix: Element can be fixed by adding > into closing tag of OrgId.
